The final rooms have been carpeted now - we had a hold up because several yards of carpet had been damaged during shipping and couldn't be installed and it just so happened that we had ordered the last bit of that style left in GA..... Managed to track some down in a neighboring state and have it shipped in,,,,we are hoping to finish installing the base moulding Monday or Tuesday and then call in the last 2 inspections for Wednesday and Thursday and be finished.

We passed our HVAC final inspection this week and started the installation of the carpet. A few more days of work left and then the last 2 inspections! |

All of the electrical system has been installed and we have passed the Final Electrical Inspection. Another step closer...Next week - carpet - door knobs - bathroom mirrors and hopefully the last 3 Inspections.

All security lights/cameras installed, more receptacles installed, Final Plumbing inspection passed - next week finishing up electrical, then the flooring can be installed and then finally the last 4 inspections. Close, Close, Close.... |

Still installing lights and receptacles and such things. Meanwhile, The security lights are now working - we have 2 functioning toilets and sinks and 2 functioning AC units. Still even closer now! |

All of the painting is finished - the next phase - install the sinks & toilets - hook up the AC/Heat and then install the lights - switches - receptacles and breakers> then the carpet --- we are so close now!! |

The interior doors have been installed and the bathroom floors have been tiled. Finishing up the trim and then ready for paint. |
