- All rehearsal rooms are non-smoking.  Smoking is only permitted outside the studio building. 

- The building entrance and each studio entrance are equipped with coded locking doors.  

- The building is equipped with a security system and interior and exterior  security cameras. 

- First month's rent and a refundable security deposit will be due upon moving into a monthly  

   rehearsal space.     

- Monthly rehearsal space rentals are month to month. No minimum monthly lease requirements. Please        call for availability and room rates. 404-458-1983

-  The monthly rental cost is a lock out price per month. No one other than your group will have access to your space during the duration of your lease. Leave your gear set up, always ready to rehearse.

-  (CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE) HOURLY ROOM REHEARSAL RENTALS - $25/hr. includes a P.A. system. 

- (CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE) Monthly hourly block rental: $200 mo. for 4 hours rehearsal time a week for        4      weeks. includes a P.A.

- 24/7 access to rehearsal spaces.

 - WIFI access and climate controlled building.

- We rent spaces to play & if you need a P.A. to go with your room please contact us for monthly rental

- The doors lock automatically behind you - BE MINDFUL of this if you exit during your rehearsal.

   For your own security and that of others using the studios, DO NOT PROP OPEN THE FRONT DOOR.
